A change-of-use permit requires <br /> action by the Transportation Committee. <br /> The original permit made reference to future subdivision of the <br /> property and the unlikelihood of granting any additional <br /> access . It seems that the intent of the permit was to provide <br /> for joint use. Therefore, this department does not object to <br /> the proposed additional connection to the existing private <br /> driveway.
