I <br /> , <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5727 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5727: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 29, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1 : Beginning 800 feet East from the West quarter corner in the center of <br /> CTH G; thence Northwesterly along 500 feet; thence N 75° East 330 feet; thence <br /> South 450 feet; thence N 85° East 200 feet; thence N 80° East 250 feet; thence <br /> South along the 40 line 200 feet to the Southeast corner of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4; <br /> thence West 540 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Beginning at the <br /> West quarter corner of said Section 29; thence North 1400 feet to CTH G; thence <br /> Southeasterly along G 1550 feet; thence West 800 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
