This proposed residential plat is in conflict with adopted agricultural preservation policies. <br /> The relevant adopted town/county policies for this agricultural preservation area are: <br /> "-The uses of land permitted in the agricultural preservation district will be primarily <br /> limited to agricultural production and dwelling units which serve as the places of residence <br /> for the owners and employees of the farm. <br /> - Any land considered for rezoning to residential shall meet one or more of the following <br /> criteria.
