COMPO IT PORT
APPLICATION # ze
TOWN BOARD COMMENT:
STAFF COMMENTS
REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION (RPC)
Petition 5729. This proposed residential plat is in conflict with adopted agricultural preservation policies.
The relevant adopted town/county policies for this agricultural preservation area are:
"-The uses of land permitted in the agricultural preservation district will be primarily
limited to agricultural production and dwelling units which serve as the places of residence
for the owners and employees of the farm.
- Any land considered for rezoning to residential shall meet one or more of the following
criteria. It should be:
Land where there has not been a history of economically
viable farming activities.
Land which is too small to be economically used for
agricultural purposes or which is inaccessible to the farm
machinery needed to produce and harvest agricultural
products.
Land located such that there would be no possible conflict
with the surrounding agricultural uses."
(continued)
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT. (EHD)
CO. HIGHWAY DEPT.
OTHER
