TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITION # 5-2 Z PUBLIC HEARING //1 l/ /?3 <br /> • <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie <br /> having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said <br /> petition is hereby (Approve Disapproved). SEP 2 y 1993 <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> (Cross out or write "none" if you do not wish to place any conditions) <br /> (Use reverse side if additional space is required). <br /> PLEASE NOTE: If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, but said <br /> rezone does not comply with the Town Land Use Plan, please list the reasons <br /> for the approval. These reasons can be a critical factor for both the Zoning <br /> Committee and the County Board in their consideration of the rezone. <br /> The Town Board took the following items in consideration when approving this <br /> Petition:1 . One third of the cost of building Alvin Rd <br /> g Rd. was paid by the Viken <br /> partnership in 1986, in conjunction with the developer or the residential <br /> area to the west and the Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> 2. Rezone will allow development of residential lots in area which is <br /> continquous to approximately 50 other residential lots. <br /> 3. Area is conducive to residential development because of easy access <br /> by new town roads built specifically for the developments to newly <br /> reconstructed highway TT and the interstate.
