• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5730 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts ' the Town of <br /> Pleasant Springs" <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does or. . in as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs" be <br /> amended to include in the R-2 District he following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 29, '•leasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West /4 Corner of said-' Section 29; <br /> thence N 88°02 ' East, 31. 7 feet . ong the South line of the MW1/4 <br /> of said Section 29 to the cente ine of Skyline Drive and the point <br /> of beginning: Thence continu- N88°02' East 334 . 28 feet along said <br /> South line; thence N 27°31' East 347 . 25 feet; thence S 81° 20' <br /> West, 360. 52 feet to the enterline of Skyline Drive; thence S <br /> 27°31' West, 298 . 95 feet o the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> CERTIFIED -URVEY REQUIRED - DELAYED EFFECTIVE <br /> The above listed d• scription is intended to describe land for which <br /> a certified surv= map will be prepared for approval and recorded. <br /> This amendment ill become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Da - County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be re oned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of 0-eds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land.
