r_ f <br /> • <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5730 <br /> AMENDING SECTION 10. 03 RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICTS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended <br /> to include in the R-2 Residential District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 29, Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 Corner of said Section 29; <br /> thence N 88°02 ' East, 31. 7 feet along the South line of the MW1/4 <br /> of said Section 29 to the centerline of Skyline Drive and the point <br /> of beginning: Thence continue N88°02 ' East 334 . 28 feet along said <br /> .South line; thence N 27°31 ' East 347. 25 feet; thence S 81° 20 ' <br /> West, 360. 52 feet to the centerline of Skyline Drive; thence S 27° <br /> 31 ' West, 298 . 95 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10. 255 (3) (a) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CONDITION <br /> 1. Only 2 lots may be created for residential use, the 3rd <br /> proposed lot of approximately 1. 08 acres may not be <br /> developed. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which <br /> a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. <br /> This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County, the owner or owners of the land shall <br /> record in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds the <br /> following restrictions on said land. <br /> Continued on page 2 <br />
