r_ f • DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5730 AMENDING SECTION 10. 03 RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICTS IN THE TOWN OF PLEASANT SPRINGS The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the R-2 Residential District the following described land: Part of the SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 29, Pleasant Springs described as follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 Corner of said Section 29; thence N 88°02 ' East, 31. 7 feet along the South line of the MW1/4 of said Section 29 to the centerline of Skyline Drive and the point of beginning: Thence continue N88°02 ' East 334 . 28 feet along said .South line; thence N 27°31 ' East 347. 25 feet; thence S 81° 20 ' West, 360. 52 feet to the centerline of Skyline Drive; thence S 27° 31 ' West, 298 . 95 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: CONDITION 1. Only 2 lots may be created for residential use, the 3rd proposed lot of approximately 1. 08 acres may not be developed. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, the owner or owners of the land shall record in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds the following restrictions on said land.
