(5) Neither the construction crane nor any equipment or other items attached to, <br /> or used to erect the crane, except the above described flag and light, shall at any <br /> time exceed a height of 1,096 feet MSL. <br /> (6) Applicant shall notify Airport Operations when the crane is permanently <br /> lowered to a height equal to or less than 1,044 feet MSL. <br /> (7) The temporary permit shall be effective from Ma,ch 15, 2016 through <br /> September 1, 2016 inclusive, unless extended, revised, or terminated by the <br /> issuing FAA office. <br /> (8) The Airport is not yet in receipt of the FAA's final determination of whether <br /> the crane is a hazard to air navigation.
