Plan Commission — 8/23/93 <br /> Any Other Business Allowed By Law. <br /> 1. Armen Property On Gray Road. <br /> A presentation was made regarding the development of 171 lots on Gray Road. There will <br /> be two access roads to the subdivision. A tot lot of 6/10 acre and a larger park of 4 acres <br /> are being proposed. A bike trail will run along the back of a portion of the development. <br /> This subdivision is being designed with starter homes in mind. Available water and sewer <br /> services can accommodate the subdivision. The possibility of duplex lots along Gray Road <br /> is being considered. A suggestion was made to the developer regarding placing this item <br /> on the agenda for MMSD in order to share application fees with other applicants. <br /> Adjournment. . <br /> There was no other business.
