DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5732 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to zoning districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the zoning district maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 7, Town of Windsor described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 7; <br /> thence Easterly along the South line of said W 1/2 bearing S 89° <br /> 40 ' 44" East 1030. 29 feet, to the East line of said W 1/2 ; thence <br /> along said East line bearing N 00° 50 ' 00" West 937 . 84 feet, to the <br /> point of beginning. Thence bearing N 89° 40 ' 44" West, 313 . 26 <br /> feet; thence bearing N 00° 50 ' 00" West, 270. 00 feet; thence <br /> bearing S 89° 40 ' 44" East, 313 . 26 feet, to said East line; thence <br /> along said East line bearing S 00° 50 ' 00" East 270. 00 feet, to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which <br /> a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. <br /> This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AM 0 4 1994 <br />
