COMPOSIT REPORT <br /> APPLICATION # $ 7 3 3 <br /> TOWN BOARD COMMENT: <br /> STAFF COMMENTS <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION (RPC) <br /> Petition 5733. This proposed division conflicts with the adopted policy on density in Albion. <br /> This parcel, in an agricultural preservation area, was rezoned to RH-3 from A-1 Exclusive in 1987 to <br /> divide the residence and farm buildings from the farm, consistent with adopted plans. <br /> Now, the proposal is to divide this parcel to create another lot. <br /> The adopted town/county policy for this area states "...a density of one lot per 40 acres within a farm unit" <br /> The existing parcel of 8.4 acres was approved in 1987. Dividing it into additional lots conflicts with the <br /> density policy. <br /> One of the major purposes of the density policy is to prevent successive divisions of land over time. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
