We are attempting to <br /> split the area that the buildings are on from the land <br /> contract to get financing for the future building of a <br /> new hone. <br /> We have been approved for a mortgage contingent on getting <br /> the area rezoned. This is to faoil1atate a construction <br /> loan in 1995 or 1886 to build a new home. <br /> No farm land is part of the rezoning area. The area is the <br /> "Green Grass" area around the existing buildings. <br /> This farm will NOT be split up or subdivided. The rezoning <br /> is required only to obtain financing to purchase that area <br /> and in the future to obtain financing to build a new home. <br /> Only domestic animals will be acquired. No farm or ' <br /> agricultural animals will be placed on the area which <br /> rezoning is being requested. <br />
