This proposed commercial zoning may require conditions to be compatible with the policies <br /> for the I-90 Interchange area in Pleasant Springs. <br /> This is an area where retail and highway uses are allowed, as illustrated by the gas stations, restaurants, <br /> antique auto business and tank truck business in the immediate area. <br /> Since the C-2 district allows many intensive commercial and industrial uses, the site should be <br /> conditionally rezoned for this specific use, with a site plan, a limit on vehicles and some landscaping to <br /> make the equipment parking less visible. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
