. , <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5745 <br /> AMENDING SECTION 10. 03 RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICTS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended <br /> to include in the C-2 Commercial District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Pleasant Springs <br /> described as follows: Lot #2 , CSM 3667 found Volume 15, Page 64 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10.255 (3) (a) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED <br /> This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County, the owner or owners of the land shall <br /> record in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds the <br /> following restrictions on said land. <br /> A. Use of the property shall be limited to the following: <br /> 1. Repairs, storage or service of contractor's machinery or <br /> equipment limited to a maximum of 50 pieces of equipment. <br /> 2 . Truck or bus terminal. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of property located <br /> within 300 feet of the site. <br /> NOTICE <br /> Failure to record the deed restriction as required shall cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE• _ 7 ' ' <br />
