<br /> We , the undersigned , are opposed to the rezoning of the Phyllis
<br /> Ganser property adjacent to Cedar Crest Drive , Town of Roxbury.
<br /> We feel our neighborhood will be damaged by the addition of
<br /> thirteen lots . There are a number of reasons we are opposed
<br /> ranging from increased traffic to destroying the reasons we
<br /> originally moved to this area ( green space , the presence of
<br /> wildlife , privacy etc . ) .
<br /> We ask that you deny the rezoning request of the Phyllis Ganser
