SEP 091993 <br /> TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITION #_5747_ PUBLIC HEARING 9/14/93_ <br /> Whereas , the Town Board of the Town of RUTLAND <br /> having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that <br /> said petition is hereby ( --/Disapproved) . <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> (Cross out or write "none" if you do not wish to place any conditions) <br /> The Rutland Town Board accepted the Planning Commission recommendation <br /> to disapprove Petition #5747 by WP&L/Robert Dvorak Jr. until such time <br /> as certain conditions as outlined by the Town of Rutland are complied <br /> with. The Town of Rutland therefore requests an extension of time for <br /> reverse action on this petition. <br /> PLEASE NOTE: If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, <br /> but said rezone does not comply with the Town Land Use Plan, please <br /> list the reasons for the approval .
