DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5748 <br /> AMENDING SECTION 10. 03 RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICTS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 Agricultural District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 20, Town of Westport described as <br /> follows: The NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Westport. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10. 255 (3) (a) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CONDITION <br /> 1. A site plan and erosion control plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Town for approval. Said plans shall be implemented as <br /> specified by the Town. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment, will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County, the owner or owners of the land shall <br /> record in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds the <br /> following restrictions on said land. <br /> A. Use of the property shall be limited to horse boarding and/or <br /> riding stable. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of property located <br /> within 300 feet of the site. <br /> NOTICE <br /> Failure to record the deed restriction as required shall cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE:j '_� 199; / / <br />
