You advised the clay extraction will be <br /> approximately five to six feet deep, with the land being refilled and returned to its present <br /> use. <br /> Our 16" Madison Loop pipelines and 6" and 10" Columbus pipelines cross the <br /> property. ANR Pipeline Company holds a 75 ft. wide easement for the 16" pipeline which°W <br /> extends 25 ft. westerly and 50 ft. easterly of the centerline of the pipeline. Our Company <br /> holds a 112.5 ft. wide easement for the 6" and 10" Columbus pipelines across the <br /> property, extending 37.5 ft. easterly of the 6" pipeline and 50 ft. westerly of the 10" <br /> pipeline. <br /> We request that no clay excavation be undertaken within our easement limits. In <br /> addition, no heavy equipment shall cross our pipelines except in areas designated or <br /> approved by our Company representative. Ramps, mats or padding required to protect our <br /> pipelines during crossings of heavy equipment shall be provided by the equipment operator. <br /> For the staking of the exact location of our pipelines and respective easement limits, <br /> please contact: <br /> Mr. M. 0.
