DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5750 <br /> AMENDING SECTION 10. 03 RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICTS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> BLOOMING GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended <br /> to include in the A-2 Agricultural District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 also part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 also <br /> part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 also part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 all being <br /> a part of Section 1; Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 1; thence <br /> South along the East line of the SE 1/4 , 660 more or less; thence <br /> West 2640 more or less feet along the South line of the N 1/2 N 1/2 <br /> SE 1/4 ; thence West along the South line of the N 1/2 N 1/2 of the <br /> SE 1/4; thence West along the South line of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 of the <br /> SW 1/4; 660 feet more or less; thence North along the West side of <br /> the E 1/2 NE 1/4 SW 1/4 , 660 more or less feet; thence West along <br /> the South line of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 , 330 more or less feet; thence <br /> North parallel to the West line of said NW 1/4 , being 1650 feet <br /> East of the West line of said NW 1/4, 1270 more or less feet to the <br /> South right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 94 ; thence N 87° East <br /> along the south right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 94; thence <br /> N 87° East along the South right-of-way of Interstate Highway 94 , <br /> 1880 more or less feet; thence East along the North line of the SW <br /> 1/4 NE 1/4 , 400 more or less feet; thence South, 568 more or less <br /> feet being parallel and 1. 5 West of the East line of the SW 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4; thence East 1321. 5 more or less feet along the South line of <br /> the Northerly 568 feet of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 ; thence South along the <br /> East line of the Northeast quarter, 752 more or less feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10. 255 (3) (a) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions: <br /> CONDITION <br /> A contract between J&H of Wisconsin and the Town of Blooming Grove <br /> shall be executed.
