A few prospective bidders stated that they eed d <br /> more time to search for and analyze sites. <br /> We are about to advertise for clay for our 1994 remediation projects and we <br /> are considering changes to the specifications. The major change would be to <br /> extend the time allowed for completing and submitting the bid proposal to 7 to <br /> 8 months. <br /> As it appears that your company may have an interest in this r <br /> appreciate it if you would take the time to review our prior specificatio d' <br /> and make any suggestions that your feel would improve this process.
