September 9, 1993 <br /> Mr. William Fleck <br /> Dane County Zoning <br /> Subject: Mineral Point and Green Tree Landfills <br /> Dear Mr. Fleck: <br /> On August 2, 1993, J & H of Wisconsin, Inc. (J & H) , applied <br /> for a zoning change - conditional use permit at the zoning <br /> office. On August 5, 1993, I attempted to apply for the August <br /> 10, 1993 board meeting at Blooming Grove. As two supervisors <br /> were out of town, the meeting was cancelled. On August 24, <br /> 1993, J & H attended a meeting and made its ' presentation. The <br /> Town did not notify all adjoining landowners and we were asked <br /> to attend again on September 14, 1993 . We will attend the <br /> Blooming Grove meeting at 7:00 p.m. As we are 27th on the agenda <br /> at the County meeting and 1st at the Blooming Grove meeting, <br /> J & H will be at the County hearing, but possibly not at the <br /> start of the meeting. <br /> Respectably submitted, <br /> J & H of Wisconsin, Inc. <br /> Joh P.
