Petition 5750 (cont) <br /> Any approval of this use should be conditioned on a site plan/reclamation plan which: <br /> - Disturbs a minimal amount of farmland. <br /> - Protects the wetland area on the southeast part of the site. <br /> - Provides for erosion control during and after the extraction. <br /> - Protects the productivity of the soil for agricultural use after the extraction. <br /> - Provides for access road improvement and dust control to protect neighboring landowners. <br />
