See exhibit A. <br /> 2. Tax parcel No. 0710-011 -9000-4 <br /> 3. $100 .00 fee enclosed. <br /> 4 . (a) Mineral extraction (no blasting) . Topsoil will be <br /> salvaged, replaced and reseeded. All borrow areas <br /> shall be abandoned in accordance with Section 208.3, <br /> Wisconsin Department of Transportation standard specifi- <br /> cations for road and bridge construction. As excavation <br /> is completed, the property will be shaped and refilled <br /> for drainage and blended into adjacent areas, final <br /> slopes will not be graded more than 3:1. All conditions <br /> of Dane County Ordinance Section 10.191 procedures <br /> and standards of operation for mineral extraction <br /> operation will be followed. These standards and others <br /> are also required for approval by the Wisconsin <br /> Department of Natural Resources for clay extraction <br /> approval for landfill use. The land will be returned <br /> its present use. <br /> (b) Upon approval, as needed, approximately 8 years. <br /> As the time table for landfill capping <br /> by the City of Madison and Dane County has not been <br /> finalized for some locations as of this time. <br /> (c) Mineral (clay) has been documented in sufficient <br /> amounts for capping of the City of Madison, Dane <br /> County sites. <br /> 5. (a) No buildings are located on the extraction area and <br /> none proposed. <br /> (b) Sprecher Road.
