This petition appears consistent with adopted policies, since the adopted town/county policy <br /> in Black Earth allows the owner of a parcel at least two acres in size to create one residential dwelling lot. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT. (EHD) <br /> CO. HIGHWAY DEPT. <br /> Petition 5751. CTH "F" is not controlled access. Applicant <br /> has been granted a driveway permit near the south end of the <br /> parcel. There have been discussions regarding filling the lot <br /> along the west right-of-way of "F" but a final plan has not <br /> been adopted. We have no objections to this re-zoning <br /> petition. <br />
