DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5753 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Rutland <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to <br /> include in the RH-4 and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following <br /> described land: <br /> Part of the SW4 SE4 Section 20, Town of Rutland described as' <br /> follows: TO RH-2 : Commencing at the South quarter corner said <br /> Section 20 and the point of beginning of this description; thence <br /> S 90° 00 ' 00" West along the South line said SW4, 119 . 77 feet; <br /> thence N 03° 20 ' 55" West, 1147 . 73 feet to the centerline of "Old <br /> Stone Road" ; thence N 82° 09 ' 19" East along said centerline, <br /> 210. 00 feet; thence S 03 ° 20 ' 55" East, 1175. 84 feet to the South ee <br /> lien said SE4; thence S 89° 37 ' 15" West along said line, 89 . 91 <br /> feet to the point of beginning.
