The Board had a copy of the Village <br /> Plan Commission recommendation, the report from Dane County <br /> Regional Planning, and the enclosed letter from a group of <br /> concerned citizens . Roger Symdon was present at the meeting as <br /> were several citizens who had signed the letter. <br /> The Board spent considerable time debating altering the recently <br /> adopted Comprehensive Plan and still attempting to provide a site <br /> for a car dealership in the area. <br /> After discussion, and by a roll call vote of 4-3, the Board voted <br /> to recommend that the County deny the request for the zoning <br /> change since it does not comply with our Comprehensive Plan.
