Gefke he agreed to give us a piece of his land to be able to construct a home as our place of residence. The land is a wedding gift from Robert A. Gefke's father. We would bite to apply for RH- 1 Zoning on the parcel which is currently farm land and is located in the Town of Rutland. We have met with the Township and have informed them of our intentions for the land. We believe that we have answered all of their questions and concerns. Our plan for development is to stunt construction of our home yet in the fall of 1993 and to complete work in the spring of 1994. We would like the RH-1 zoning because Robert L. Genre still farms the remaining land and there are other parcels in the area zoned RH- 1. The following description is an approximate description,so we are requesting that"a delayed effective date"be used. We will provide a Certified Survey Map after approval for the parcel has been received.
