I request to rezone . 82 acre of my existing 6 . 12 acres of <br /> land from AG-1 to LC-1 so that my existing family operated <br /> window and glass replacement business can expand and hire a <br /> non-family employee. My business involves the removal and <br /> replacement of windows and glass at customers homes , or <br /> businesses , or as a subcontractor for general contractors . <br /> In the future I may build a 30 'X 40 ' building in the rezone <br /> area .
