DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDME T NO. 5766 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districcs in the Town of Verona The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-2 and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: Part of the E i NE 1/4 Section 23 and E i SE 4 Section 14, Town of Verona described as follows: TO RH-2 : The West 190 feet of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 23, . Also, commencing at the Northeast corner of the Section 23; thence S 00° 29 ' 40" West 1309. 67 feet; to the 40 corner; thence N 89° 20 ' 28" West 640 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 20 ' 28 ' West 279. 37 feet; thence N 00° 10 ' 07 ' East 942 .87 feet; thence S 89° 29 ' 54" East 284. 73 feet; thence S 00° 29 ' 40" West 943 . 62 feet to the point of beginning.
