• <br /> Attached is a copy of the "Final Judgement " for the Estate of <br /> Bernice G. Scherrer which has been signed by Judge Robert R . <br /> Pekowsky, State of Wisconsin , Circuit Court , Dane County <br /> -Probate- . <br /> This "Final Judgment" orders the distribution of Bernice <br /> Scherrer 's property as stated above by legal description and to <br /> separate owners. The Dane County Register of Deeds recorded the <br /> "Final Judgment" on August 20, 1992 at 11 :45 A. M. <br /> It Is the understanding of the owners from their attorney that <br /> the "Final Judgement " creates these parcels as legal , saleable <br /> and buildable parcels and it is not necessary for the owners to <br /> have the parcels rezoned by the Dane County Zoning Department . <br /> However , the owners understand that it is your opinion that the <br /> Judge does not have the authority to do this and therefore the <br /> owners are required to go through the Dane County rezoning <br /> process . <br /> By submitting these zoning requests, the owners are not <br /> forfeiting their rights to pursue compliance by Dane County with <br /> Judge Pekowsky' .rder through the court system. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> James B .
