This response is in reply to my request for an opinion <br /> regarding Attorney Jim Schmitt's correspondence to the Verona Town <br /> Board which stated that rezone approval was required. <br /> The Zoning Committee at their meeting on Oct. 26, 1993 postponed <br /> action pending action by the Town.
