c <br /> -:1) ` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5769 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Middleton <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Middleton be amended to <br /> include in the R-3A the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 19, Town of Middleton described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 19, thence S 89° 34' 20" East along the South line of said SE <br /> 1067 . 23 feet; thence N 00° 16' 30" East, 56 . 82 feet to the <br /> Northerly right-of-way of CTH S, said point being the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing N 00° 16' 30" East along the East line <br /> of Certified Survey Map #3806, 560. 00 feet to the Northeast corner <br /> of said Certified Survey Map #3806; thence S 89° 43 ' 30" East, <br /> 271. 61 feet to the East line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section <br /> 19 ; thence S 01° 29 ' 52" West along said East line 560 . 12 feet to <br /> the Northerly right-of-way line of CTH S; thence N 89° 43 ' 30" West <br /> along said North line 259 . 67 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> 1. The Certified Survey shall provide that access to this <br /> property shall be via a shared driveway with 7746 CTH <br /> "S" . <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: i MAR . « <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
