This proposed business location conflicts with current plans in the Town of Blooming <br /> Grove. <br /> This site is an existing farmstead, within the central urban service area in Blooming Grove; however, no <br /> urban services are available here, nor are they planned in the near future. The area to the east is the <br /> proposed site for a landfill, which has been debated for many years. <br /> The entire area is planned for future residential development when it is urbanized. Allowing businesses to <br /> locate here now is premature and will set up land use conflicts with future development of the area. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT. (EHD) <br /> CO.
