• <br /> ` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5775 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 6, Town of Springfield described <br /> as follows: Beginning at the the South quarter corner of Section <br /> 6; thence N 89° 15 ' 43" West 491. 00 feet along the South line of <br /> Section 6 and the centerline of STH 19, extended, thence N 00° 05 ' <br /> 24" West 660. 6Q- feet, thence N 82° 31' 37" East 508 .40 feet, thence <br /> S 01 66 ' 24" 'Wegt 733 . 18 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. An 80 foot setback from the North property line shall be <br /> maintained, no buildings are permitted within this area. <br /> B. The property shall not be subdivided. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
