' DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5786 ' <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 11, Town of Deerfield described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 11; <br /> thence East on the South line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 , 427 feet; <br /> thence North, 1020 feet; thence East, 420 feet to the Southwest <br /> corner of CSM #4293 ; thence N 05° 22 ' 25" West along the West line <br /> of said CSM 442 . 90 feet to the Northwest corner thereof and the <br /> South line of CTH BB; thence S 81° 56 ' 52" West along said South <br /> line, 115 feet; thence S 08° 03 ' East, 65 feet; thence <br /> Southwesterly along the arc of a curve and South line of Highway <br /> BB, 735 feet to the West line of the SE 1/4 ; thence S 00° 03 ' 18" <br /> West along said West line, 1190 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> FILING OF DECLARATION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record with <br /> the Dane County Register of Deeds a declaration pertaining to the <br /> property which states the following: <br /> 1.
