6 " DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5789 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That ' <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the RH-3 District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 12 , Town of Deerfield described <br /> as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 12; <br /> thence West along South line 1320 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue West along said South line 500 feet; thence N 1055± <br /> feet to the centerline CTH BB, thence Southeasterly along said <br /> centerline 660 feet to a point on East line of said SW 1/4 ,SE 1/4, <br /> thence South along said line 635± feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded.
