Based on the policies of the Town of Oregon /Dane County Comprehensive Plan,this entire 158-acre <br /> original farm would have the potential for no more than four(4)additional homesites. <br /> Please note however,that the original Manion farm is now owned by four different landowners. In such situations,the <br /> Town of Oregon/Dane County Comprehensive Plan calls for all affected landowners to record an agreement regarding <br /> how any remaining homesites should be allocated between them.
