• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5793 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended <br /> to include in the RH-1 and RH-2 Rural Homes Districts the following <br /> described land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Pleasant Springs <br /> described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the North quarter <br /> corner Section 11; thence N 89° 24 ' West 908 feet± to interseciton <br /> with centerline of Church Street; thence S 24 ° 51 ' East on said <br /> centerline 373± feet to point of beginning; thence S 58° 30 ' West <br /> 83 . 64 feet; thence S 89° 17 ' West 88 . 25 feet; thence N 66° 49 ' West <br /> 56. 00 feet; thence S 77° 41 ' West 74± feet; S 00° 36 ' West 230± <br /> feet; thence S 89° 24 ' East 217± feet; thence S 21° 49 ' East 120. 17 <br /> feet; thence N 65° 09 ' East 182 . 73 feet; thence N 24° 51 ' West on <br /> centerline of said Church Street 336. 57 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> TO RH-2 : Commencing at the North quarter corner of Section 11; <br /> thence N 89° 24 ' West on Section line, 908 feet± to intersection <br /> with centerline of Church Street and the point of beginning; thence <br /> S 24° 51 ' East on said centerline, 258 feet± to Northeast corner of <br /> Lot #1 of CSM #3324 ; thence S 65° 09 ' West on North line of CSM, <br /> 33 ' ; thence S 79° 04 ' West on said North line, 159 feet± to the <br /> Northwest corner of said CSM #3324 ; thence S 15° 50 ' East on the <br /> West line of said CSM, 86. 4 feet±; thence S 77° 41 ' West, 74 feet± <br /> thence S 00° 36 ' West, 230 feet ±; thence N 89° 24 ' West parallel <br /> to North Section line; 290 feet ± to West line of said NE 1/4 NW <br /> 1/4 ; thence North on said 1/4 1/4 line, 609 feet± to the Section <br /> line; thence S 89° 24 ' East on the Section line, 419 feet± to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded.
