` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5783 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include <br /> in the RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> 41103 <br /> Part of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map #5820 recorded in Volume 27, <br /> Page 234 and 235 in the Register of Deeds office and part of the SE <br /> 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 3 , Town of Berry described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 3 ; thence S 89° <br /> 51 ' 36" West, 561. 00 feet, along the South line of said Section 3 , <br /> to the point of beginning of this description; thence S 89° 51 ' 36" <br /> West, 392 . 65 feet, along said South line, to the Southeast corner <br /> of said Lot #1; thence S 89° 51 ' 36" West, 246 . 99 feet; thence <br /> along a curve to the left having a radius of 708 . 00 feet, and a <br /> chord bearing N 75° 09 ' 14" West, 63 . 64 feet, to the Easterly line <br /> of Weatherwood Road; thence N 24 ° 27 ' 00" East, 86 . 10 feet, along <br /> said Easterly line; thence S 65° 33 ' 00" East, 43 . 59 feet; thence <br /> along a curve to the left having a radius of 117 . 00 feet and a <br /> chord bearing N 74° 47 ' 11" East, 149 . 36 feet; thence N 35° 07 ' 22" <br /> East, 466 . 27 feet; thence N 35° 07 ' 22" East, 757 . 54 feet; thence <br /> Easterly, 330 feet more or less, to the East line of said Section <br /> 3 ; thence Southerly along said East line, 373 feet more or less, to <br /> a point that is Northerly 742 . 50 feet from the Southeast corner of <br /> said Section 3 ; thence Southwesterly 928 feet, more or less to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded.
