DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6625 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and LC-1 <br /> Limited Commercial Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6625 <br /> Part of the NW 114 SW 114 Section 5 and the NE 114 SE 114 and Section 6 Town of <br /> Springfield described as follows: <br /> TO A-2: Beginning at the West quarter comer of said Section 5; thence South 315 feet; <br /> thence Southwest 240 feet; thence Southwest 29 feet; thence Northwest 7.5 feet; thence <br /> 660 feet along the Northeasterly right-of-way line of USH 12; thence Northeast 280 feet; <br /> thence Southeast 979 feet; thence North 928 feet; thence West 1319 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> } Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be abject to the following condition: <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that d e s c r i i the land to be rezoned is recorded in the officeof the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds.
