DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6625 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and LC-1 Limited Commercial Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6625 Part of the NW 114 SW 114 Section 5 and the NE 114 SE 114 and Section 6 Town of Springfield described as follows: TO A-2: Beginning at the West quarter comer of said Section 5; thence South 315 feet; thence Southwest 240 feet; thence Southwest 29 feet; thence Northwest 7.5 feet; thence 660 feet along the Northeasterly right-of-way line of USH 12; thence Northeast 280 feet; thence Southeast 979 feet; thence North 928 feet; thence West 1319 feet to the point of beginning. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of } Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be abject to the following condition: The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that d e s c r i i the land to be rezoned is recorded in the officeof the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey wi cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning.
