The <br /> Wisconsin Coordinate Reference Systems (WISCRS) parameters were used to compute Fasting, <br /> Northing coordinates. See http://gis.cityofmadison.com/Madison_GPS/and www.sco.wisc.edu Horizontal <br /> 95% uncertainty from adjustment= +/- 0.03 ft(from fixed control). Some of the shift relative to the <br /> Sandsnes 2004 coordinates is datum shift. <br /> Elevations are in the NAVD88(1991) datum (the original adjustment), determined by same adjustment <br /> used for horizontal position, relative to an elevation of 852.25 ft for the brass cap for the southwest corner <br /> of Section 6, T7N R1OE (point P7 below) per monument record dated 12/21/2009 by Bob O'Neill, and an <br /> elevation of 851.69 ft for Burr Jones GPS as leveled by Ayres Associates circa 2002 for the city.
