Corner location agrees with the monumented North line of the <br /> Southeast %4 as identified in Certified Survey Map No. 13378 recorded in Vol. 86, Page 319 as Document No. <br /> 4922486 (R. Leuenberger) and Certified Survey Map No. 8131 recorded in Vol. 43, Page 256 as Document <br /> No. 2743431 (D. Riesop).
