If so, show the method, including <br /> the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br /> proportioning in determining the corner location? <br /> Not Applicable. <br /> (i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br /> monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br /> May 3, 1963 -George Weir found a plug in the pavement at 2.3' north of the centerline of USH 51. <br /> October 15, 1988 - David Riesop set a PK nail in the position shown for this corner on CSM No. 2617. The <br /> corner was to be marked by a plug in the original concrete pavement of USH 51 as found by George Weir in <br /> 1963. The plug was since paved over. <br /> July 10, 1989 -George Weir found a PK nail as shown by David Riesop on a tie sheet dated Oct. 15, 1988. A <br /> previous tie sheet dated May 1963 shows a plug found. Several surveys in the area that tied to the section <br /> corner also show a plug that was found in the original concrete pavement. Weir dug through the existing <br /> pavement to the original concrete pavement and found the 2 1/2" dia. cast plug with cross. The was accepted <br /> as representing the corner as referenced by Phil Hintze in field book 56, page 42 and Vol. 5 pg 517 of old <br /> survey records. An aluminum monument was set over the plug to the surface and tied as shown below. <br /> December 16, 1994 -George Weir found an aluminum cap in a concrete monument in a metal box <br /> representing the corner as set by the Wisconsin DOT after the latest reconstruction of USH 51. The corner <br /> was reestablished at the position of an aluminum monument set by George Weir as shown on a tie sheet <br /> dated July 10, 1989. The location of the aluminum cap monument was accepted as representing the corner <br /> and new ties were established. <br /> March 16, 2001 -Arden Sandsnes found the Aluminum Cap in a Concrete Monument in a metal box and <br /> accepted it as representing the corner. <br /> August 11, 2005- Richard Palmer found the aluminum monument and all associated ties shown by Sandsnes <br /> at the time of a survey. <br /> Q) I, Kevin C.
