(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. December 21, 1981 -J. Michael Clayton set an aluminum monument at the Northeast corner of Section 6 from Weir's coordinate point no. 1031. The corners were reestablished from the First Addition to Scenic Heights and found the plat distances to agree very well with the locations. The position also agrees with a previous tie sheet dated March 1, 1967. December 6, 2005 - Richard Palmer found aluminum monuments at both corners and two of Clayton's ties that checked pretty well. The large oak has now grown out and around the nail shown on both previous tie sheets. He accepted the position of the monuments as representing the corner locations and set two additional reference ties. (j) I, Kevin C.
