(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1)an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
December 21, 1981 -J. Michael Clayton set an aluminum monument at the Northeast corner of Section 6 from
Weir's coordinate point no. 1031. The corners were reestablished from the First Addition to Scenic Heights
and found the plat distances to agree very well with the locations. The position also agrees with a previous tie
sheet dated March 1, 1967.
December 6, 2005 - Richard Palmer found aluminum monuments at both corners and two of Clayton's ties that
checked pretty well. The large oak has now grown out and around the nail shown on both previous tie sheets.
He accepted the position of the monuments as representing the corner locations and set two additional
reference ties.
(j) I, Kevin C. Lord Affix Land Surveyor Seal
hereby, certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public • 5 c O N' •
Land Survey Monument Record is correct /y ,
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
KEVIN C.
- • LORD • •
•
* S-2645 *
• MADISON,
WIS. ••Q••••••••.„ .•
. ., ••..
•Signature Date
