(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including monument types set or found,surveyor, and date of survey. December 21, 1981 -J. Michael Clayton set an aluminum monument from adjacent recorded plats. June 28, 2006-Steven Oftedahl found an aluminum monument in the pavement at the intersection of Van Buren Street and Hamilton Street. Two iron stake ties and 2 ties to buildings as noted on tie sheet by J. Michael Clayton in 1981 were found. The location of the monument was accepted and 2 new iron stake ties were set. August 25, 2009 -John Krebs noted the intersection had been repaved with new curb and gutter and the aluminum monument had been removed. Three of the 4 ties were found and a Cotton Pin was set at the corner and two new reference ties were set. (j) I, Kevin C.
