Michael Clayton set an aluminum monument from adjacent recorded plats. <br /> June 28, 2006-Steven Oftedahl found an aluminum monument in the pavement at the intersection of Van <br /> Buren Street and Hamilton Street. Two iron stake ties and 2 ties to buildings as noted on tie sheet by J. <br /> Michael Clayton in 1981 were found. The location of the monument was accepted and 2 new iron stake ties <br /> were set. <br /> August 25, 2009 -John Krebs noted the intersection had been repaved with new curb and gutter and the <br /> aluminum monument had been removed. Three of the 4 ties were found and a Cotton Pin was set at the <br /> corner and two new reference ties were set. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
