Doyle found a WisDOT monument and 4 WisDOT reference ties and accepted the <br /> position. <br /> October 18, 1996 -Carl Sandsnes found a WisDOT monument and set 4 1" iron pipe reference ties. <br /> June 2, 2009 -John Krebs found an aluminum monument and found 1 of 4 ties set by Sandsnes.
