Doyle found and accepted a 1 1/4"aluminum rebar cap in a hole drilled in the concrete <br /> pavement. Chiseled notch ties were set in the existing culverts. <br /> November 11, 2009 -Timothy Moore found an aluminum cap in the concrete pavement and accepted the <br /> position.
