DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5799. Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of SUN PRAIRIE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the RH-1 and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: Pet. #5799 : Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 22 , Town of Sun Prairie described as folllows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the North quarter corner Section 22 , thence S 02 ° 36 ' West 911 feet more or less to the centerline CTH T and the point of beginning; thence continue S 02° 36 ' West 408 . 95 feet; thence East 548 . 85 feet; thence N 02 ° 36 ' East, 673 . 55 to the centerline CTH T; thence s 64° 46 ' West along said centerline to the point of beginning. TO RH-3 : Commencing at the North quarter corner Section 22 ; thence S 02.° 36 ' West 1320 feet more or less; thence East 548 . 85 feet to the point of beginning. Thence East 720. 45 to the West line of Hahn Drive right-of-way; thence N 02° 41 ' East 1021. 4 feet to the centerline CTH T; thence S 64° 46 ' West 814 . 9 feet; the S 02 ° 36 ' West 673 . 55 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
