MI UTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE HELD ON DECEMBER 28, 1993 PRESENT: Anderson, Berceau, Blaska, Kesterson, Sara, Skindrud, Weckmueller. ALSO: Gunderman, Severson I. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Lyman Anderson at 7: 35 PM in room 201 City-County Building. II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Kesterson/Sara to approve the minutes of 11/23 , 12/14 and 12/16, 1993 Carried 4-0. III. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM 12/14/93 HEARING 1. PETITION # 5795 by Donald A Wallace to change the zoning from A-1 Ex Agriculture Exclusive and RH-1 Rural Homes to RH-3 Rural Homes on property located at 10901 Hudson Road in part of the NW 1/4 NE 1 /4 Section 18, Town of Mazomanie. Motion by Berceau/Sara to approve; carried 4-0 . 2 . PETITION # 5799 by Keith, Joan & Brian Rademacher to change the zoning from A-1 Ex Agriculture Exclusive to RH-1 and RH-3 Rural Homes on property located across from 2200 CTH T in part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 22 , Town of Sun Prairie. Motion by Sara/Kesterson to approve; carried 4-0 . 3 . PETITION # 5800 by Jay V Bohnsack to change the zoning from R-1 Residential to R-2 Residential on property located at 3781 Janelle Lane in part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 20, Town of Cottage Grove. Motion by Berceau/Kesterson to postpone action pending communication from the Town; carried 5-0. 4 . PETITION # 5801 by James Tierney to change the zoning from A-1 Ex Agriculture Exclusive to RH-2 and RH-3 Rural Homes on property located at and North of 5753 CTH KP in part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Berry. Motion by Sara/Kesterson to postpone action until completion of a Site Visit; carried 5-0. Site visit will be scheduled before next Public Hearing meeting so that the matter may be decided and placed on second County Board agenda in January.
