USH 51.
Parcel #0511-043-9820-6.
Dear Mr. Klade:
Please be advised that an inspection has been made on your property. This
inspection has disclosed possible violations of the Dane County Code of
Ordinances. As noted on the permit that the total square footage of the
accessory buildings can not exceed 50% of the square footage of the resi-
dence. Measurements during the field inspection disclosed the house square
footage to be 3574 square feet provided there is a full basement 2304 without
a basement. Accessory buildings including a 10' x 12' shed, a 2-story
existing building and an addition to it equals 2956 square feet. Assuming
the basement is full we have 82%, without 128%. This is a violation of Sec-
tion 10.04(1) . A variance from the provisions of the ordinance is required
to permit the construction as it exists.
If you decide not to apply or the variance is denied, the construction
must be corrected to comply with Ordinance provisions. Please see the en-
closed instructions for variance applications. Application may not be
submitted by mail.
Very truly yours,
William Fleck,
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
/ 1: *i,et- ---
BY: (-Patric D.
