2591336 <br /> RESTRICTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, ��;� f «� N V 27116 P 64 i¢/are <br /> the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of Y.&i c i► <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Pet. /5805: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 4, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> Commencing 465.2 feet West of Southeast corner; thence N 342 feet West 102.6 <br /> feet South to South line East to point of beginning. <br /> II. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to bind <br /> the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> III. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to and <br /> from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the <br /> parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following <br /> restrictions are hereby imposed: <br /> A. Use of the property shall be limited to: <br /> 1. Single family residence. <br /> 2.
